Pre-Purchase InspectionsHouse Check 4 U will provide you with a full written report in layman's terms; including a moisture check and full colour pictures. This will enable you to make the best possible decision regarding your intended purchase. We will not only tell you the structural condition of your home, but also if the windows open and close correctly, privacy locks work, if latches and handles need replacing - and all those other little things that can add up to a lot of extra $$$.
Full Reports start at $450 (gst inc.), ( moisture meter inclusive,) and short notice inspections carry no extra charge. Reports will be received within 24 hours. All inspections are carried out by a trade certified carpenter with 24 years of practical building experience, and are carried out to NZS 4306:2005. 'Site Safe' accredited.
Maintenance inspections ***New service***
House Check 4 U will provide you with an annual maintenance report on your home. Checking for any future issues that may arise or immediate defects so that you can address them early on before they become a big money expense. Full written reports, please phone for pricing and advice .
